The RENNtech High Performance Hood Carbon Fiber Hood for AMG GT fits all C190 AMG GT models except for the AMG GT Black Series.

Unique design features:
• Large central heat extractor, positioned behind main radiator to improve air flow and cooling
• Two cooling ducts with integrated vortex generators, guide cool air directly to the turbos and coil packs
• Fully pre-preg carbon fiber lightweight construction finished in UV protectant clearcoat
• Integrated heat shield panel insert over turbos
• Utilizes all OEM hard attachment points for an easy installation, no modifications necessary
• Accepts the two OEM upper hood grille inserts

Prepreg is widely known as the finest process in carbon fiber manufacturing and has been used for aerospace and military applications because of its superior consistency in weight, thickness, fitment, resin, carbon layout, and overall quality. The pre-impregnated (prepreg) fiber method creates stiffer, stronger laminates with controllable, predictable results and the result is a consistent, tight fiber weave which not only looks amazing, but adds strength. Other companies use a lower cost, wet-layup method which results in components of inferior, strength, appearance, and overall quality. All of our designs are unique and fully developed in house by our skilled engineers and designers. These products can be very complex and are handcrafted utilizing the pre-preg manufacturing process, making each product truly unique. Therefore, a few minor inconsistencies and differences between parts is possible. Whether it’s a small deviation in the weave layup or slight inconsistency in the finish, this is completely normal in carbon fiber manufacturing because of the nature of the material and production process.
